From 14–17 May 2025, Absolution System Integration (ABSI) showcased its latest smart manufacturing innovations at METALTECH & AUTOMEX 2025, held at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, one of Malaysia’s key exhibitions for metalworking, automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technology.

A real-time operations command center that consolidates machine performance analytics, production KPIs, and instant alerts, turning live shopfloor data into clear, actionable decisions for faster response, higher uptime, and continuous optimization.
2) AI-Driven Adaptive Robotic Handling
A next-generation robotic handling concept using AI-aided vision and adaptive control to enable KUKA robots to autonomously sort, handle, and assemble, intelligently compensating for angular and positional inaccuracies to deliver more robust, flexible automation in real-world production environments.
ABSI’s presence at METALTECH & AUTOMEX 2025 reinforced its direction: practical, scalable smart-factory solutions that improve visibility, resilience, and throughput—while keeping automation adaptable as product mix and process variability increase.
